The public space of the student community has officially been put into use
As a "one-stop" student community with diversified spaces, the auxiliary building areas of Taoyuan 3-4, Taoyuan 7-8, and Meiyuan 5-8 student communities in Jiulong Lake Campus have been largely renovated and will be opened for operation in November 2025. This further realizes the expansion of student communities from a single living function to a multi-functional comprehensive one. The auxiliary building spaces of the student communities include various public areas such as Multi-functional rooms, Cultural activity rooms, Book bars, and Sports areas. These can be viewed and reserved through relevant platforms, opening up a colorful and convenient student community life.
The overall opening hours of the student community sports area are from 7:00 to 22:00 every day. Students can scan the QR code on the reservation screen at the entrance of the area to open the door.
Multi-functional rooms（Taoyuan 3CD public space,Taoyuan 7CD public space，Meiyuan 5CD public space，Meiyuan 8AB public space）
The overall opening hours of the student community public space are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day. In special cases, with prior notification, the hours can be extended to 23:00. The multi-functional room can be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours at a time. Currently, the multi-functional room only accepts group reservations.
Cultural activity rooms（Taoyuan 3AB public space,Taoyuan 8CD public space，Meiyuan 6AB public space）
The overall opening hours of the student community public space are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day. In special cases, with prior notification, the hours can be extended to 23:00. The Cultural activity rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours at a time. Currently, Cultural activity rooms only accepts group reservations.
Book bars（Taoyuan 4CD public space,Taoyuan 8AB public space，Meiyuan 7AB public space）
The overall opening hours of the student community public space are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day. The Book Bars can be reserved for a maximum of 5 hours at a time.
Sunshine Gym（Taoyuan 4AB public space,Taoyuan 7AB public space，Meiyuan 5AB public space，Meiyuan 8CD public space）
Open lounge area (Taoyuan 3AB public space, Taoyuan 3CD public space, Taoyuan 4CD public space, Taoyuan 7CD public space, Meiyuan 5CD public space, Meiyuan 6AB public space, Meiyuan 7AB public space, Meiyuan 8AB public space)
Indoor relaxation room (All the spaces on the first floor of the public space)
Pocket space (On both sides of the second floor of all the public space)
Notes:
1. Students are required to promptly clean up the garbage generated during use. At the end of the opening hours of the auxiliary buildings each day, students should leave the premises in time. All the auxiliary building spaces will turn off the lights, close the air conditioners and other equipment, and the indoor space on the second floor will lock the doors and windows.
2. It is strictly prohibited to enter the spaces by breaking through windows or any other illegal means; it is strictly prohibited to have meals or consume food in the indoor space on the second floor of the auxiliary buildings; it is strictly prohibited to move desks, chairs or equipment out of their original areas or take away any indoor public items; it is strictly prohibited to smoke, use open flames, store or use illegal electrical appliances in any place within the auxiliary buildings.
3. The Student Affairs Office of Southeast University's Student Apartment Management Center guides each student community work service station to undertake the rotation work during the trial operation of the auxiliary building spaces.
